Awareness campus about a healthy lifestyle and its impact on human health in the long term

​As part of the clinical training for sixth-year PharmD students, the kidney team, under the supervision of Dr. Rima Hijazin and Pharmacist Nour Al-Taher, conducted an awareness activity at the University Model School for first-year secondary school students, in the presence of the school principal, Dr. Awad Al-Tarawneh, and under the supervision of teacher Ahmed Al-Tarawneh, about a healthy lifestyle and its impact on human health in the long term. The campaign title was: "Keep your life charged with healthy energy", as the aim of the activity was to educate students about some important topics that affect young people at this age and affect their health in the long term. The activity included several basic topics, including sleep and health, smoking and electronic cigarettes, energy drinks, a healthy eating system, and sports. The students highlighted the harms that some of these things cause to young people's health in the long term and the importance of maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle at all levels. The students showed great interaction with the activity and benefited greatly from the material provided to them. At the end of the activity, the students participated in a useful educational and awareness material, in addition to distributing some prizes to outstanding students.
