Overview
The Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences comprises a number of PHD holders faculty members, supported by technicians and laboratory supervisors. Chemistry is the primary focus of the department’s teaching responsibilities, spanning five years in the Bachelor of Pharmacy program and six years in the Doctor of Pharmacy program. Core subjects include pharmaceutical organic chemistry, pharmaceutical analytical chemistry, pharmaceutical instrumental analysis, medicinal chemistry, and natural products chemistry, and phytochemistry, providing comprehensive knowledge in applied pharmaceutical chemistry.
