Lecturing Rooms (photos)

Within the faculty there are fifteen “state of the art” lecturing rooms and an audiovisual room. The faculty also uses the different lecturing rooms that are available in the Medical Sciences Teaching Complex, allocated nearby the faculty. In addition audiovisual facilities are supplied by the Human Resource Development Library.

 

Teaching and Research Laboratories (photos)

Within the faculty there are different teaching and research labs that are fully equipped to meet the intended teaching and research requirements. Internal resources are reviewed yearly and all needs from instruments and chemicals are reported and made available.

 

Ideal Pharmacy Lab (IPL) (photos)

Within the Faculty there is an Ideal Pharmacy which serves as a port of training of Pharmacy and PharmD students on applying the Pharmacy Practice basic skills they study in the theoretical modules.

 

Computer Labs

Computer labs are distributed all over the campus and are available to all students. At the Faculty of Pharmacy there is one computer lab with a student capacity of 100 students. The lab is managed by Computer Center technical staff members who are there to provide the needed help and guidance for students. The lab is accessible from 8.00 am- 5.00 pm, five days/week. It is used by students to prepare their own assignments, presentations and reports. It provides free Internet and e-mail services. The other computer lab within the faculty is mainly allocated for postgraduate students' use.

Main Library

Human Resource Development Library

They include print holdings and access to online journals, databases and books. In addition they include remote access technologies and mechanisms that promote the use of library information from off campus sites by faculty members. They provide organized program to teach faculty members on the efficient use of different databases and educational resources
